Our Story
Esther's Oil Initiative is a Christian outreach and empowerment initiative dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and preparing young girls throughout Africa and the Caribbean. Established in 2026.
Inspired by the biblical story of Esther, the initiative was created with the vision of helping young girls understand their value, identity, confidence, and purpose while providing practical resources and support that help prepare them for womanhood.
Through faith-based outreach, hygiene support initiatives, educational assistance, and community programs, Esther's Oil Initiative seeks to create safe and empowering spaces where young girls feel seen, encouraged, spiritually uplifted, and supported.
With current initiatives and planned programs in Ghana, Liberia, and Antigua & Barbuda, Esther's Oil Initiative also envisions future schools, clinics, safe housing initiatives, and outreach centers that will provide long-term support and impact within communities across Africa and the Caribbean.
To empower, support, and uplift young girls throughout Africa and the Caribbean through Christian outreach, practical support initiatives, educational assistance, and community programs rooted in faith, compassion, and service.

Esther's Oil Initiative draws its inspiration from the biblical story of Esther, a young woman of courage, wisdom, and purpose. Just as Esther was prepared and empowered to fulfill her purpose, Esther's Oil Initiative is dedicated to preparing, empowering, and supporting young girls to discover their value, understand their identity, and fulfill their unique purpose with confidence and faith. The initiative represents the spiritual anointing and preparation that comes through faith, guidance, and community support—just as oil symbolizes healing, protection, and blessing throughout scripture. We believe that every young girl has inherent worth, unique gifts, and the potential to become a confident, spiritually grounded woman who can create positive change within her family, community, and society.
Esther's Oil Initiative is currently in its developmental and launch stages with plans to begin supporting young girls through pilot outreach programs and community-based initiatives.

Planned projects include: Hygiene package distributions, Community outreach initiatives, Educational support initiatives, Young girls empowerment events, Faith-based encouragement programs.
